Lecturing

My love of psychodynamic theory and depth psychology fuels a passion for writing and delivering psycho-education.  I have previously been involved in the teaching and training of counsellors and psychotherapists on both University of Ulster and CPCAB courses.  My lecturing work is now centred on the private sector; where I teach CPD courses and workshops.  I have a strong working alliance with the Jung Centre Dublin and deliver courses regularly there.  

I offer personal development workshops for those who have an interest in psychology and self-reflection. I believe that having a basic understanding of psychological theory and the structure of the psyche offers copious benefits to those from all professional and academic backgrounds.  

For those in the corporate sector, I write bespoke psycho-education workshops, to enhance staff wellbeing and performance.
